Why the Name of the Creator of Heaven and Earth was removed from our Scriptures?

If you’re reading this article, it is because this question has probably crossed your mind.

Do you have a ‘bible’ in your home; which from henceforth I shall call scriptures?

Or perhaps, you’re like me and you have more than ten copies in the house, including one in almost every room.

Yet, when we open our scriptures,  the titles of ‘Lord’ and ‘God’ are plastered throughout.

And then you see verses like this:

Therefore, my people shall know my name: therefore, they shall know in that day that I am he who speaks: behold, it is I. Yesha'yahu (Isaiah) 52:6

It is a good thing to give thanks unto Yahuah, and to sing praises unto your name, O El Elyon: Tehilliym (Psalms) 92:1

And they that know your name will put their trust in you …. Tehilliym (Psalms) 9:10

I have remembered your name in the night - Tehilliym (Psalms) 119:55

If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land. Divrei Hayamiym Sheniy (2 Chronicles) 7:14

We see so many verses in our scripture that are telling us to ‘call on the Name of the Creator; to remember the Name of the Creator; to sing praises to the Name of the Creator and to know the Name of the Creator and that he has also put his Name on the children of Yashar’el’.

So, the next logical question is: WHAT IS HIS NAME? AND WHY IS HIS NAME NOT IN THE SCRIPTURES?

If you would like to 'Discover the Name of the Heavenly Father, CLICK HERE to read this great article!

WHY WAS THE NAME OF THE CREATOR OF HEAVEN AND EARTH REMOVED?

Let us begin by first highlighting the origin of our scriptures.

Do you know that your scriptures were not originally written in English?

You actually have a translated version of the scriptures in your given language in your hands.

However, the lying pen of the scribes, which did the translation work decided to remove the Father’s Name from His very Own Script and replace it with a device.

Do you know that they removed His Name close to 7000 times in your scriptures?

Don’t you know that if you had your scriptures with the Father’s Name in your hands and seeing it close to 7000 times in your eyes, that we wouldn’t even be having this discussion?

You would have subconsciously recognized from just reading your word the importance of His Name!

However, it is not your fault; but ignorance nonetheless is not an excuse.

I AM HERE TO TELL YOU THAT THE HEAVENLY FATHER ACTUALLY REMOVED AND PRESERVED HIS NAME!

I am going to demonstrate this to you below.

However, if you want to go into a much more in-depth scripture study on this, CLICK HERE TO WATCH THE VIDEO ENTITLED – The Real Reason You Didn’t Know the Father’s Name!

So, without further ado, let us get right into it.

This article is not about fluff but giving you the facts, so you could walk in Truth and in the true power of deliverance.

We are going beyond the MACHINATIONS of the Romans and the Greeks!

We are going beyond the famous INEFFABLE NAME DOCTRINE and the work of the Masoretes.

The truth is, it actually goes way back to our Ancestors.

So, let us dig into our scriptures.

This is where we go for guidance and true understanding.

All Scripture is given by the Ruach Elohiym, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: That the man of Elohiym may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works. Timotheus Sheniy (2 Timothy) 3:16-17

Yashar’el’s Continuous Disobedience and Stiff-Neckedness

To begin with, out of all the people on the earth, Yahuah decided to choose himself a people and to teach them his Torah, his statutes and his judgements. In this way, when all the other people of the world, the pagans really, would see his people and would then be able to recognize the difference with his people.  This understanding can be gleaned from the scripts below.

YAHUAH CHOSE HIMSELF A PEOPLE

For you are a holy people unto Yahuah Elohayka: Yahuah Elohayka has chosen you to be a special people unto himself, above all people that are upon the face of the earth. Yahuah did not set his love upon you, nor choose you, because ye were more in number than any people; for ye were the fewest of all people: But because Yahuah loved you, and because he would guard the oath which he had sworn seven oaths unto your fathers, has Yahuah brought you out with a mighty hand, and redeemed you out of the house of bondmen, from the hand of Phar'oh king of Mitsrayim. Know therefore that Yahuah Elohayka, he is Elohiym, the faithful El, which guards his covenant and mercy with them that love him and guard his commandments to a thousand generations; Devariym (Deuteronomy) 7:6-9

HE CHOSE TO TEACH THEM HIS TORAH

Mosheh consecrated him and anointed him with holy oil: this was appointed unto him by an everlasting covenant, and to his seed, so long as the heavens should remain, that they should minister unto him, and execute the office of the priesthood, and barak (bless) the people in his Name. He chose him out of all men living to offer sacrifices to Yahuah, incense, and a sweet savor, for a memorial, to make reconciliation for his people. He gave unto him his commandments, and authority in the statutes of judgments, that he should teach Ya'aqov the testimonies, and inform Yashar'el in his Torah. Sirach (Ecclesiasticus) 45:15-17

And it came to pass, that when you led his seed out of Mitsrayim, you brought them up to the Mount Ciynai. And bowing the heavens, you did set fast the earth, moved the whole world, and made the depths to tremble, and troubled the men of that age. And your esteem went through four gates, of fire, and of earthquake, and of wind, and of cold; that you might give the Torah unto the seed of Ya'aqov, and diligence unto the generation of Yashar'el. Ezra Reviy`iy (4 Ezra) 3:17-19

IN YAHUAH’S EYES ALL THIS MAKE THEM A GREAT NATION

For what nation is there so great, who has Elohiym so nigh unto them, as Yahuah Elohaynu is in all things that we call upon him for? And what nation is there so great, that has commandments and judgments so righteous as all this Torah, which I set before you this day? Devariym (Deuteronomy) 4:7-8

Our Heavenly Father also did something extremely significant.  He made known His Name to Mosheh (Moses) who was then responsible for continuing to PUBLISH HIS NAME to the children of Yashar’el.

And Mosheh said unto Aluah (The Mighty One): Behold, when I come unto the children of Yashar'el, and shall say unto them: The Elohai of your fathers has sent me unto you; and they shall say to me: What is his name? What shall I say unto them? And Elohiym said unto El-Mosheh, Ehayah Asher Ehayah (I the Yah, Am I the Yah): and he said: Thus shall you say unto the children of Yashar'el, Ehayah has sent me unto you. And Elohiym said moreover unto El-Mosheh: Thus shall you say unto the children of Yashar'el, Yahuah Elohai of your fathers, the Elohai of Avraham, the Elohai of Yitschaq, and the Elohai of Ya'aqov, has sent me unto you: this is my name forever, and this is my mention unto all generations. Shemoth (Exodus) 3:13-15

Give ear, O ye heavens, and I will speak; and hear, O earth, the words of my mouth. My doctrine shall drop as the rain, my speech shall distil as the dew, as the small rain upon the tender herb, and as the showers upon the grass: Because I will publish the name of Yahuah: ascribe ye greatness unto our Aluah. Devariym (Deuteronomy) 32:1-3 r

Unfortunately, despite being witnesses to all the mighty works of Yahuah, and receiving his Torah and being made unto him a QODESH (Holy/Set Apart) NATION, they tested Yahuah over and over again.

Can you believe that our ancestors provoked Yahuah TEN TIMES in the wilderness and even more?

Here are TEN NOTABLE times which angered the Heavenly Father. For the purposes of not making this article too long, I won’t be discussing them here.  However, you can CLICK HERE where we go much, much deeper.

Because all those men which have seen my esteem, and my miracles, which I did in Mitsrayim and in the wilderness, and have tempted me now these ten times, and have not hearkened to my voice; Surely they shall not see the land which I swore seven oaths unto their fathers, neither shall any of them that provoked me see it: Bemidbar (Numbers) 14:22-23

  1. Doubt and murmuring before the red sea – Exodus 14:10-12
  2. Before the bitter waters of Marah – Exodus 15: 22-24
  3. Murmured because of the lack of food – Exodus 16:1-3
  4. Disobedience with their handling of the manna – Exodus 16:19-20
  5. Disobedience to the Shabbat commandment – Exodus 16:22-28
  6. Murmuring at Rephidiym because of the lack of water – Exodus 17:1-7
  7. Golden calf at mount Sinai – Exodus 32:1-10
  8. Murmurings when they started their journeying before Yahuah with his Ark of the Covenant that went before them – Numbers 11:1-3
  9. Lust for meat – Numbers 11:4-20
  10. When they brought an evil report before Yahuah – Numbers 14:1-12; Numbers 14: 22-37

You would think that after facing the consequences for their sins over and over again that our people would have learnt.  But No! They continue to be a stiff-necked people with a hard heart.

Will you too be stiff-necked in your ways and not bring esteem to the Name of the Father?

But if the called out and Set Apart Spirit of Yahuah (The Ruach Ha’Qodesh) dwells in you, you will submit to his scripture of Truth today.

We did not know our Heavenly Father’s Name because of the stiff-neckedness of our people and their hard heart.

Even after those TEN TIMES above, they continued to do more and more evil.  Let’s not even talk about the wicked kings of Yashar’el and Yahudah!

If you’re interested in reading more about some of the wickedness which caused Yashar’el to go into captivity, that only Yahudah (Judah) was left.  Feel free to read the following scripts on your own time. JUDGES 10: 6-16; 2 KINGS 17:1-40.

Then the children of Yashar’el did another terrible crime. They served other alahym and they replaced Yahuah’s Name for Ba’al (Lord). I invite you to read Jeremiah 23:1-27.

Here are some key verses that we need to pay attention to:

Am I Elohai at hand, says Yahuah, and not Elohai afar off? Can any hide himself in secret places that I shall not see him? Says Yahuah. Do not I fill the heavens and the earth? Says Yahuah. I have heard את what the prophets said that prophesy lies in my name, saying: I have dreamed, I have dreamed. How long shall this be in the heart of the prophets that prophesy lies? Yea, they are prophets of the deceit of their own heart; Which think to cause my people to forget MY NAME by their dreams which they tell every man to his neighbor, as their fathers have forgotten my name for Ba'al. Yirmeyahu (Jeremiah) 23:23-27

SO, OUR MOST QODESH (SET APART/HOLY) FATHER, WHO THINKS HIGHLY OF HIS OWN NAME, DECIDED TO PLACE A TERRIBLE PENALTY UPON THE PEOPLE SINCE THEY FAILED TO GIVE REVERENTIAL REGARD TO HIS NAME AND TO WORSHIP HIM ONLY.

YAHUAH DECIDED TO CURSE THEM BY REMOVING HIS NAME FROM THEIR LIPS!

It is necessary for you to read Jeremiah 44:1-30 to get the full context and to see the wickedness of our people and the continuous mercy or kindness of our Loving Father.  He sent his prophets, raising them up early to urge the people to humble themselves before Yahuah but they would not listen.  Consequently, the punishment came down upon the men, women and children and a teribble curse on the men of Yahudah (Judah).

The Word that came to El-Yirmeyahu concerning all the Yahudiym which dwell in the land of Mitsrayim, which dwell at Migdol, and at Tachpanchec, and at Noph, and in the country of Pathroc, saying: Thus says Yahuah Tseva’oth, the Elohai of Yashar’el; Ye have seen את all the evil that I have brought upon Yerushalayim, and upon all the cities of Yahudah; and, behold, this day they are a desolation, and no man dwells therein, Because of their wickedness which they have committed to provoke me to anger, in that they went to burn incense, and to serve other alahiym, whom they knew not, neither they, ye, nor your fathers. Howbeit, I sent unto you all my servants the prophets, rising early and sending them, saying: Oh, do not את this abominable thing that I hate. But they hearkened not, nor inclined their ear to turn from their wickedness, to burn no incense unto other alahiym. Yirmeyahu (Jeremiah) 44:1-5

Wherefore my fury and my anger were poured forth and was kindled in the cities of Yahudah and in the streets of Yerushalayim; and they are wasted and desolate, as at this day. Therefore now thus says Yahuah, the Elohai Tseva'oth, the Elohai of Yashar'el; Wherefore commit ye this great evil against your souls, to cut off from you man and woman, child and suckling, out of Yahudah, to leave you none to remain; In that ye provoke me unto wrath with the works of your hands, burning incense unto other elohiym in the land of Mitsrayim, whither ye be gone to dwell, that ye might cut yourselves off, and that ye might be a curse and a reproach among all the nations of the earth? Have ye forgotten the wickedness of your fathers, and the wickedness of the kings of Yahudah, and the wickedness of their women, and your own wickedness, and the wickedness of your women, which they have committed in the land of Yahudah, and in the streets of Yerushalayim? They are not humbled even unto this day, neither have they feared, nor walked in my Torah, nor in my statutes, that I set before you and before your fathers. Yirmeyahu (Jeremiah) 44:6-10

Yahusha has said that people love darkness more than light (John 3:19) and unfortunately in this case, it proved to be true.  They enjoyed their evil and did not turn to our Master Yahuah.  Continue to read from verses 11 to 15 where  our beloved Prophet YirmeYahu brought this stark warning to which they failed to take any heed.

Then all the men which knew that their women had burned incense unto other alahiym, and all the women that stood by, a great multitude, even all the people that dwelt in the land of Mitsrayim, in Pathroc, answered Yirmeyahu, saying: As for the word that you have spoken unto us in the name of Yahuah, we will not hearken unto you. But we will certainly do whatsoever thing goes forth out of our own mouth, to burn incense unto the queen of heaven, and to pour out drink offerings unto her, as we have done, we, and our fathers, our kings, and our princes, in the cities of Yahudah, and in the streets of Yerushalayim: for then had we plenty of victuals, and were well, and saw no evil. But since we left off to burn incense to the queen of heaven, and to pour out drink offerings unto her, we have wanted all things, and have been consumed by the sword and by the famine. Yirmeyahu (Jeremiah) 44:15-18

And when we burned incense to the queen of heaven, and poured out drink offerings unto her, did we make her sacrificial wafers to worship her, and pour out drink offerings unto her, without our men? Then Yirmeyahu said unto all the people, to the men, and to the women, and to all the people which had given him that answer, saying: The incense that ye burned in the cities of Yahudah, and in the streets of Yerushalayim, ye, and your fathers, your kings, and your princes, and the people of the land, did not Yahuah remember them, and came it not into his mind? So that Yahuah could no longer bear, because of the evil of your doings, and because of the abominations which ye have committed; therefore is your land a desolation, and an astonishment, and a curse, without an inhabitant, as at this day. Because ye have burned incense, and because ye have sinned against Yahuah, and have not obeyed the voice of Yahuah, nor walked in his Torah, nor in his statutes, nor in his testimonies; therefore this evil is happened unto you, as at this day. Yirmeyahu (Jeremiah) 44:19-23

Moreover Yirmeyahu said unto all the people, and to all the women: Hear the Word of Yahuah, all Yahudah that are in the land of Mitsrayim: Thus says Yahuah-Tseva'oth, the Elohai of Yashar'el, saying; Ye and your women have both spoken with your mouths, and fulfilled with your hand, saying: We will surely perform our vows that we have vowed, to burn incense to the queen of heaven, and to pour out drink offerings unto her: ye will surely accomplish your vows, and surely perform your vows.

Therefore hear ye the Word of Yahuah, all Yahudah that dwell in the land of Mitsrayim; Behold, I have sworn seven oaths by my GREAT NAME, says Yahuah, that my Name shall no more be Named in the mouth of any man of Yahudah in all the land of Mitsrayim, saying: Adonai Yahuah lives. Yirmeyahu (Jeremiah) 44:24-26

The painful truth is that our Heavenly Father removed his Name from their mouth. Let us read that again!

Behold, I have sworn seven oaths by my great Name, says Yahuah, that my Name shall no more be Named in the mouth of any man of Yahudah.

Perhaps, to mainstream Christianity, his Name does not matter.

But to our Heavenly Father, he thinks highly of his OWN NAME and removed this PRECIOUS GIFT OF HIS NAME from their mouth.

This is actually terrible when you understand that there is power in His Name!

That even His Son came in HIS FATHER’S literal NAME, POWER AND AUTHORITY!

It is because of this curse of Yahuah removing HIS NAME from their lips where many years later, the INEFFABLE NAME DOCTRINE EMERGED.  Yahudah also came out of Babylon, with an Aramaic/Babylonian Script that is referred today as ‘Modern Hebrew’.  They replaced his Name with titles like ‘Adonai’ (Master).

This was the work of the Masoretes.

See excerpt below from Lew White, from his book entitled ‘I am Yahuah’.

“The Aramaic Script used in Babylon is mistakenly called modern Hebrew. This was the work of the Masoretes. They were a sect of Karaites (traditionalists 600s – 1100s) who invented vowel marks (NIQQUD) to direct the way that words were pronounced. The reader pronounces an E and O rather than an A or U because the vowel points prevent the proper sound of YAHU in the Name.  This is why we see Yeho in the transliterations today.

The teaching of men blocked the identity of our Creator by substituting His Name with titles”. (pp 13-14)

This eventually led to the ineffable name doctrine, which is the doctrine that states that His Name is too Qodesh (Holy/Set Apart) to pronounce.  This is a doctrine that the denominations of Christianity follow unknowingly.

The so called ‘Early Church Fathers’ of Christianity, whom WE DO NOT FOLLOW BY THE WAY, followed this ‘INEFFABLE NAME DOCTRINE’.

Thus, 99% of Christian denominations are following the traditions of men, where they believe that they are reverencing the Father when they call him ‘God’ and ‘Lord’.

Even the very translators of our scriptures adopted this INEFFABLE NAME DOCTRINE.

However, is it written anywhere in our scriptures that the Heavenly Father does not want us to SPEAK HIS NAME?

Did the Heavenly Father, actually say that He does not want us to pronounce His Name?

Do you want to know what he REALLY SAID?

All scripture is given by whom? And for what?

All Scripture is given by the Ruach (Spirit) Aluah, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: That the man of Aluah may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works. Timotheus Sheniy (2 Timothy) 3:16-17

Let the scriptures do the talking from here on.

I will make your name to be remembered in all generations: therefore, shall the people praise you forever and ever. Tehilliym (Psalms) 45:17

Halleluyah. Hallelu, O ye servants of Yahuah, Hallelu the name of Yahuah. Blessed be the name of Yahuah from this time forth and forevermore. From the rising of the sun unto the going down of the same Yahuah's name is to be praised. Tehilliym (Psalms) 113:1-3

It is a good thing to give thanks unto Yahuah, and to sing praises unto your name, O El Elyon: To show forth your lovingkindness in the morning, and your faithfulness every night, Upon an instrument of ten strings, and upon the psaltery; upon the harp with a solemn sound. For you, Yahuah, have made me glad through your work: I will triumph in the works of your hands. O Yahuah, how great are your works! and your thoughts are very deep. Tehilliym (Psalms) 92:1-5

Their Redeemer is strong; Yahuah Tseva'oth is his name: he shall thoroughly plead their cause, that he may give rest to the land, and disquiet the inhabitants of Babel. Yirmeyahu (Jeremiah) 50:34

In those days I beheld long ropes given to those angels; who took to their wings and fled, advancing towards the north. And I inquired of the angel, saying: Wherefore have they taken those long ropes, and gone forth? He said: They are gone forth to measure. The angel, who proceeded with me, said: These are the measures of the righteous; and cords shall the righteous bring, that they may trust in the name of Yahuah Tseva'oth forever and ever. Chanoch (Enoch) 61:1-3

Wherefore esteem (glorify) ye Yahuah in the fires, even the name of Yahuah Elohai of Yashar'el in the isles of the sea. Yesha'yahu (Isaiah) 24:15

Also the sons of the stranger, that join themselves to Yahuah, to serve him, AND TO LOVE THE NAME OF YAHUAH, to be his servants, everyone that guards the Shabbath from polluting it, and takes hold of my covenant; Even them will I bring to my holy mountain, and make them joyful in my house of prayer: their ascending smoke offerings and their sacrifices shall be accepted upon my altar; for my house shall be called a house of prayer for all people. Yesha'yahu (Isaiah) 56:6-7

Therefore, behold, I will this once cause them to know, I will cause them to know my hand and my might; and they shall know that my name is Yahuah. Yirmeyahu (Jeremiah) 16:21

O give thanks unto Yahuah; call upon his name: make known his deeds among the people. Tehilliym (Psalms) 105:1

And I will bring the third part through the fire, and will refine them as silver is refined, and will try them as gold is tried: they shall call on my name, and I will hear them: I will say: It is my people: and they shall say, Yahuah Elohai. Zakaryahu (Zechariah) 13:9

Yahuah is restoring His Name and is again putting it in the mouth of His People.  This is how true reverence must be given.

The Levitical priests were required to minister and execute the office of the priesthood and barak (bless) the people in His Name.  See the book of Sirach or Ecclesiasticus below.

Aren’t we also a kingdom of priests?

What sort of priests do not call on the Name of their Aluah (Mighty One)?

Mosheh consecrated him and anointed him with holy oil: this was appointed unto him by an everlasting covenant, and to his seed, so long as the heavens should remain, that they should minister unto him, and execute the office of the priesthood, and barak (bless) the people in his Name. Sirach (Ecclesiasticus) 45:15-17

The Name of the Creator of the Shamayim (Heavens) and the earth is precious indeed.  His Name is a strong tower that the righteous run to and find safety (Prov 18:10).

The children of Yashar’el received a curse whereby his esteemed Name was removed from their lips because of their wickedness and that they had no love for Yahuah.

As a child, servant, priest and talmidym (disciple) of Yahusha, let us bow down in repentance for Yahuah is merciful (Psalm 130:3-4) and arise with reverence to Yahuah. Let us exalt, sing, call upon and esteem his Set Apart (Qodesh) Name.

Set your mind on such a precious reward for the overcomers who believed in Mashiach and walked as he walked and confessed the Name of our Righteous Father.  It is taken from the book of Esdras.

I Ezra received a charge of Yahuah upon Mount Orev, that I should go unto Yashar'el; but when I came unto them, they set me at naught, and despised the commandment of Yahuah. And therefore I say unto you, O ye heathen, that hear and understand, look for your Shepherd, he shall give you everlasting rest; for he is nigh at hand, that shall come in the end of the world. Be ready to the reward of the Kingdom, for the everlasting light shall shine upon you forevermore. Flee the shadow of this world, receive the joyfulness of your glory: I testify my Savior openly. O receive the gift that is given you, and be glad, giving thanks unto him that has led you to the heavenly kingdom. Ezra Reviy`iy (4 Ezra) 2:33-37

Arise up and stand, behold the number of those that be sealed in the Feast of Yahuah; Which are departed from the shadow of the world, and have received glorious garments of Yahuah. Ezra Reviy`iy (4 Ezra) 2:35-39

Take your number, O Tsiyon, and shut up those of yours that are clothed in white, which have fulfilled the Torah of Yahuah. The number of your children, whom you longed for, is fulfilled: beseech the power of Yahuah, that your people, who have been called from the beginning, may be hallowed. I Ezra saw upon Mount Tsiyon a great people, whom I could not number, and they all praised Yahuah with songs. And in the midst of them there was a young man of a high stature, taller than all the rest, and upon every one of their heads he set crowns, and was more exalted, which I marveled at greatly. So I asked the angel, and said: Sir, what are these? Ezra Reviy`iy (4 Ezra) 2:40-44

He answered and said unto me: These be they that have put off the mortal clothing, and put on the immortal, and have confessed the name of Elohiym: now are they crowned and receive palms. Then said I unto the angel: What young person is it that crowns them, and gives them palms in their hands?

So he answered and said unto me: It is the Son of Elohiym, whom they have confessed in the world. Then began I greatly to commend them that stood so stiffly (steadfastly) for the name of Yahuah. Then the angel said unto me: Go your way, and tell my people what manner of things, and how great wonders of Yahuah Elohayka, you have seen. Ezra Reviy`iy (4 Ezra) 2:45-48

What is the conclusion of the whole matter?

Yahuah removed his Name from the mouth of our Ancestors because of their stiff-neckedness and hard heart.

However, he has put His Name back into our mouths. Todah Rabah Yahuah (Thanks and Praises to Yahuah)

Even His Mashiach (Messiah) who walked upon the earth declared, proclaimed and manifested His Father's Name.  For just one example, take a look at his prayer in John 17.

It is time to break free from the strongholds that have been placed on you by the traditions of men!

It is time to humble your heart and make a deliberate decision to show proper reverence to our Abba (Father) who alone is worthy of all praise, esteem and honour.

It is time to be like those who Esdra (Ezra) saw that confessed the Name of Aluah (The Mighty One) and stood stiffly (steadfastly) for His Name in Ruach and in Truth.
